HOW DOES IT WORK?
01 START WITH SCIENCE
Come on in and get comfortable! First up, we go back to basics. You’ll find out that breathwork isn't just about inhaling and exhaling; it's rooted in physiological principles that affect our nervous system and overall well-being and learn about how controlled breathing can reduce stress, improve focus, and regulate emotions.
02 GET GROUNDED
It’s time to get out of your head and into the moment. Let’s anchor into the now and come back to our body. Let go of the emails, deadlines,and racing thoughts and just bring your attention to what’s going on this very second. This stage is hugely important; we need you focused and present for breathwork to have a lasting impact.
03 BREATHE IT OUT
Learn how to use an unconscious everyday activity to better your mental and physical state. Provide yourself with peace using the 2-3 techniques learnt in the session. At best, you’ve got a ritual for life that will reset you whenever you need it. At worst, you walk away with an hour of learning and prioritising you.
04 END WITH A SCAN
To close, we’ll take our awareness through the whole body, from our head to our toes. This process encourages awareness of all the physical sensations like tension, warmth, or discomfort. By actively tuning into and noticing your body you can help to recognise the areas you need to give more love, care or space to.

I get stressed out and overwhelmed. I’m human.
But pretty shortly into my 13+ year career as a Special Mission Pilot, I learnt that maintaining calm and focus is not just a skill but a necessity.
I’ve dealt with my fair share of challenges, from being made redundant to having a bird go down the aircraft engine during take-off. This was adrenaline-pumping!
There's one thing I’ve returned to every time stuff gets tough – my breath.
Now, I'm on a mission to share this powerful practice with more people so they can access space and stillness on demand and for free.

All we need is a comfortable space where we can sit or lie down and focus on our breathing. If you’re booking an in-person session, I’d recommend a private meeting room so people can mentally and physically log off for an hour.

The breathing techniques I teach are generally safe for most people. However, if anyone has any pre-existing medical conditions, especially respiratory or cardiovascular issues, I recommend consulting with your GP beforehand. I would advise that you ask employees about it before the session. Everyone will receive a health and safety form to complete before the class, along with a waiver to ensure you understand the risks.

For in-person sessions within a 50-mile radius, the travel fee is included in your rate. For companies who are further afield, it would be a base rate of 0.45p per mile (in accordance with business rates), plus a flat rate of £20 per hour of my travel time.
