Hey, I’m Elissa
I’ve been flying since I was 15 and had to deal with plenty of challenges and emergencies over the years. I’m pretty good at staying calm and focused under pressure!
But a few years ago, I realised there was something missing. Despite my ability to handle high-stress situations in the cockpit, I struggled with stress and anxiety outside of it.
That’s when I found breathwork. It totally changed my approach to stress and gave me a way to create a sense of peace, anytime, anywhere.
Now I teach everyday folk like you to do the same.
