After 13+ years as a pilot and 7 of those as a Special Mission Captain, I’ve learned that maintaining calm and focus is not just a skill but a necessity.
I’ve faced my fair share of challenges over the years, from being made redundant from the RAF to hitting birds on take-off. There's one thing I’ve returned to every time the going gets tough – my breath.
Now, I'm on a mission to share this powerful practice with more people so they can access space and stillness anytime, anywhere.
